Who We Are

Michael Morris has been repairing RVs across Indian River and St. Lucie counties since 2011. That is 15+ years of hands-on work on everything from vintage Airstreams to brand-new Class A motorhomes, and roughly 3,200 completed jobs.

We are not a franchise and we are not a dealership service department. When you call, you speak to the person who will be doing the work. When you get a diagnosis, it comes from the technician who took the readings rather than a service writer relaying it second hand. And when you get a price, it does not carry a department markup on top of the parts.

Why Mobile Only

The worst part of owning an RV is not the repair bill, it is losing the rig for a week because a shop has a queue. Almost everything in an RV can be diagnosed and repaired properly where it sits, so we built the business around a fully stocked truck rather than a bay.

That means we carry the parts that actually fail here: air conditioner capacitors and fan motors, water pumps, breakers and fuses, roof sealant, refrigerator control boards and slideout gear assemblies. It is why most of our jobs are finished on the first visit rather than turning into a parts-order and a second appointment.

What Florida Does To RVs

Every region breaks rigs in its own way, and knowing which failure to check first is most of what experience buys you. Here, UV degrades roof sealant years earlier than the manufacturer interval suggests, and daily summer rain finds the result immediately. Rooftop air conditioners run near-continuous duty from May to September, which puts capacitors and fan motors on a much shorter replacement cycle than the spec sheet implies.

Near the Indian River Lagoon, salt air oxidises shore power inlets until the pins create resistance and heat. Inland, rigs that sit through a hot season come back with varnished generator carburetors and battery banks that never fully recovered. None of this is exotic, but a technician who has not worked this climate tends to check it in the wrong order.

How We Price

Diagnosis first, quote second, work third. We test rather than guess, because replacing the usual suspect and hoping is how a $140 repair turns into a $1,500 one. You get a firm price for the actual fault before anything is touched, and you are free to decline at that point with nothing owed beyond the service call.

What Our Customers Say

4.8 stars from 189+ reviews across Indian River and Brevard counties.

★★★★★
Michael came out to our fifth wheel on a Tuesday morning to diagnose a dead 12-volt system. Turned out the converter had failed and a bad ground was draining the batteries. He replaced both, rewired the ground, and tested every circuit in the rig. Fair price, solid work.

★★★★★
Our travel trailer had a persistent leak under the kitchen sink that two other shops couldn't find. Michael traced it to a hairline crack in the cold water line behind the wall. Fixed it in under two hours and didn't charge us for the diagnosis since the other shops had already failed. Honest guy.

★★★★★
Called Fellsmere RV Repair about our slideout that wouldn't retract. Michael drove out the same afternoon, found a worn gear in the motor assembly, and had it replaced within three hours. The slideout runs smoother now than it did when we bought the rig. Highly recommend.

Questions About Us

Michael Morris, the owner. Every job on this site is performed by him personally. There is no dispatch layer, no rotating subcontractor, and no service writer between you and the technician.

Since 2011, which is 15+ years, all of it in Indian River and Brevard counties. That covers 3,200+ completed repairs on rigs from the 1990s through current model years.

Neither. This is an independent, owner-operated mobile business based in Fellsmere. That is why the pricing does not carry a department markup and why you get the diagnosis from the person who performed it.

Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and pop-ups, across all major manufacturers. On the appliance side that means Dometic, Norcold, Suburban, Atwood, Onan and Generac among others.

Yes, licensed, bonded and insured. Proof is carried on the truck and we are happy to show it at the start of any visit.

Because towing a rig to a shop and leaving it there for a week is the worst part of RV ownership. Almost everything we do can be done properly on site, so there is no good reason to make you move the vehicle.
